Where is my order?
Orders inside the UAE arrive within 24 hours. You will have a confirmation by email; if it has been longer, send us the order number.
Can I return something?
Full-priced items can come back within seven days for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
How does a refill work?
Bring a vessel back to life rather than replace it. Refills are 20 per cent off the price of a new candle, every time.
