At Alchimie Fragrances, we are committed to providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience—from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the status of your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
Delivery Time
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be delivered the next day after confirmation.
Deliveries are made during business hours, Sunday to Thursday.
Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund as follows:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (e.g., credit/debit card or online payment gateway).

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
