At Alchimie Fragrances, we are committed to providing a smooth and satisfying shopping experience—from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Within the UAE:
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
2. Other GCC Countries:
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Customs clearance may cause delays, which are beyond our control and not included in the processing time estimates.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@alchimiefragrances.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (e.g., credit/debit card or online payment gateway).
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products not in their original condition or missing original packaging
